Shipping

All inventory is in store and ready to ship! Within US states and territories only.

Shipping Times- All items ship within 24 hours of purchase Sunday - Thursday. Weekends and holidays will ship on next business day

Free Shipping on Orders of $100 or more!

Delivery times: 3-5 days. We ship via USPS ground Advantage

Returns

Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt. Must be unused and still have original packaging. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item. 

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail or is defective, please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery.  

Upon receiving your item back, refunds are returned via paid method within 3-5 days depending on your bank. The total process should take no more than 10 days

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.  We offer refunds on returned products.  If you wish to purchase a different item, that would need to be in new/separate transaction.

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.
