Do you love piecing quilt tops but get stuck at the finishing stage? Let us help bring your quilt to life with professional longarm quilting services.

What to Include:

• Quilt top

• Backing fabric (must be at least 10% larger than your quilt top)

• Batting, or purchase some from us

Example: A 70” x 90” top should have backing and batting measuring at least 77” x 99”

Our Quilting Process:

We use a hand-guided longarm Gammill quilting machine, which allows us to create beautiful, custom work. Since this is a hand-guided process, turnaround time may be longer. We operate on a first come, first served basis.

Before You Send:

• Please inspect all seams and fix any that are loose or coming apart.

• Print and include this intake form with your quilt:

Quilting Pricing (per square inch):

• Edge-to-Edge Quilting – 1.5¢ per square inch
  All-over patterns like stippling, meanders, swirls, etc. Quilting is done approximately 2 inches apart.

• Mild Quilting – 2¢ per square inch
  Outlining designs in panels or blocks or stitch-in-the-ditch work.

• Medium Quilting – 3¢ per square inch
  Mild quilting plus additional basic design work within the blocks.

• Dense Quilting – 5¢ per square inch
  Medium quilting plus extra detailed stitching for a more intricate finish.

• Minimum Charge – $50
  Small quilts that price lower than $50 will still be charged the minimum due to setup time.

Batting (Charged per linear inch – 96" wide):

• Hobbs 100% Cotton: 52¢/in

• Hobbs 80/20 Cotton/Poly: 44¢/in

• Hobbs Wool: 61¢/in

For large quilts, we also offer:

• Hobbs 120" wide 100% Natural Cotton: 60¢/in

We’ll calculate batting needs at 10% larger than your top’s size.

Extra Services:

• Trimming: $10 – Let us know how you’d like it trimmed

• Machine Binding: 10¢/in
  Example: A 70" x 90" quilt = 320" perimeter = $32
  Include and mark your binding fabric

• Rush Orders: Double the standard charge
  (Rush orders are done on weekends)

Notes:

• If your quilt or backing has directional fabric, please indicate which edge is the top.

• We offer a wide variety of thread colors. Let us know your preference, or we can choose for you.

Payment Process:

1. Pay deposit to join the waitlist

2. We'll notify you once your quilt is loaded

3. Upon completion, we’ll send an invoice

4. Once paid, we’ll ship your quilt back to you
